FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do I get access?

Twick Projects is invite-only. A workspace admin invites you by email; open the link, choose your name and password, and you're in.

Who can see my projects?

Only you, the admins, and the people a project is shared with. Each person can be given "Can edit" or "View only" access, and admins can change or remove it at any time.

Can several people work on the same board at once?

Yes. Changes sync item by item, so two people editing different tasks on the same board won't overwrite each other, and everyone sees updates within seconds.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The app works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Nothing to install.

I forgot my password. What now?

Ask your workspace admin to send you a password reset link from the Team page. It works once and expires after 7 days.

Can I get my data out?

Any board can be exported to CSV, and you can download a full backup file of the projects you can see whenever you like.
